1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,890,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 13, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for the attachment of the claim shall be as shown in the attachment;
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was partially amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019;
