1. Where the insured has intentionally impaired himself/herself, but this shall not apply where the insured has impaired himself/herself under the status of his/her mental illness, and where he/she has committed suicide after two years from the date of commencement of his/her responsibility, or has caused harm to himself/herself and thereby has become a disability of Grade I in the

(Annex 2) Disaster listed in the disaster classification table means any accident resulting from a contingency (Provided, That where a person who has a disease or physical handicap and has caused a minor external factor or the symptoms thereof are worse, the minor external factor shall not be considered as a contingency accident) which is classified as follows:

* This classification is the Korea Standard Disease and Death Classification (Enforcement Date of Statistics Korea Notice No. 2002-1, January 1, 2003) of the 4th Amendment. The company of this case Article 9 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) of the Terms and Conditions of this Special Agreement shall pay the insurance money agreed to the beneficiary when any of the following events occurs to the insured during the insurance period of this Special Agreement:

If a disaster (see attached Table 2, hereinafter referred to as “disaster”) set out in the Disaster Classification Schedule is dead due to a direct cause during the insurance period, Article 11 (Insurance Accidents for which no Insurance Money is paid) ① The Company may terminate this contract at the same time as it does not pay insurance money if any cause for the payment of insurance money occurs due to any of the following cases:

1. The insured has intentionally impaired himself/herself, but the insured shall be himself/herself in the state of mental illness;
