1. The Defendant’s annual interest in KRW 77,22,121 and KRW 75,11,713 among the Plaintiff and KRW 75,11,713 from April 18, 2019 to May 8, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant.” The Plaintiff shall make a corrected statement as to the damages for delay in the purport of the claim, as stated in the disposition, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the same Act.
