Around January 2012, the Defendant forged a document and received a loan by offering another person’s land as security to a financial institution. The Defendant takes the role of securing documents necessary for a loan, such as the landowner’s resident registration certificate and the certificate of personal seal impression, through a forged business operator. D takes the role of seeking a loan, and E takes the best role as the owner of the land offered as security at a financial institution.

1. Forgery of public documents and fabrication of private documents;

A. On January 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with D and E, put E’s photograph into his/her resident registration certificate without authority, and forged his/her resident registration certificate for F under the name of Gwangju City market, which is an official document, with the official seal of the Gwangju City market, after entering “F, G, Gyeonggi-do H, and Gyeonggi-do Gwangju market” in collusion with D and E without authority.

B. On January 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with D and E, stamped F’s seal on the paper for the certificate of personal seal impression without authority, and affixed F’s seal to “G”, “F”, and “1. Gwangju City of Gyeonggi-do” in the column for the change of address in resident registration numbers.

2. On January 12, 2012, the Gyeonggi-do Special Metropolitan City H and “Yansan-gu head of Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do,” and then forged a certificate of the personal seal impression on F under the name of the head of Ansan-gu, an official document affixed the official seal of the head of Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Gyeonggi-do. (c) The Defendant, in collusion with D and E, forged the official document under the name of the head of Ansan-gu, with the official document without authority, on January 1, 2012, entered F’s family members and family members in the family column, F’s resident registration number, and F’s resident registration number in the name of the head of Ansan-gu, an official document affixed with the official document under the name of the head of Ansan-gu, the head of Ansan-gu, Gyeonggi-do, with the official seal of the head of the Dong.

The defendant, in collusion with D and E, has a certified copy or abstract of a resident registration record card without authority for the purpose of exercising his/her name on January 2012.
