On July 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and one year of imprisonment at the Seoul Eastern District Court for fraud, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 1, 2014.

The Defendant and AZ intended to borrow money from the victim BR as security by forging and using the resident registration certificate and the apartment lease contract in the name of the lessor. On November 201, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government BA apartment 11-dong 1308, the Defendant and AZ had forged the apartment lease contract with the lessor's deposit deposit amount of KRW 230 million in the name of the lessor in the name of BS, which the Defendant had been residing in the first place of November 201.

1. around August 7, 2012, the defendant of the use of forged official document, the use of the above investigation document, the defendant of the above investigation document, and the AZ presented one resident registration certificate of the BS, which is forged in advance at the BU office in the operation of the victim, and one copy of the apartment lease contract in the name of BS, as if they were genuine.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the Z, exercised one resident registration certificate which is a forged public document and one set of apartment lease contract which is a forged private document.

On the same date, time, and place as in paragraph (1) of the fraud, the Defendant presented a forged apartment charter contract, and the Z presented the forged resident registration certificate as above, and concluded that “AZ performed by lessor BS and borrowed money to the victim as security for the deposit KRW 30,000 won.”

However, in fact, the defendant was living in the above BA apartment as monthly, and the AZ did not have the lessor of the above apartment, so the defendant and the AZ did not have the intent or ability to provide the whole deposit as security or to repay the borrowed amount.

The defendant, in collusion with the Z, by deceiving the victim as such, received 100 million won from the victim to the Z deposit account in the name of the defendant on the same day.
