On February 9, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for an attempt of special larceny in the Young-gu District Court (Seoul District Court), and the suspended sentence was revoked on November 1, 2012. On October 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for larceny and a violation of road traffic law (drinking). On April 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of five million won for a crime of violation of road traffic law (dacting), etc. in the same court on November 26, 2014, and the execution of the said sentence was completed on May 20, 2016.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

A. On June 13, 2016, around 16:54, the Defendant discovered the victim C’s Fexton car parked on the front road of “E” located in Ulsan-gun D, and subsequently open a locked driver’s seat and take up cash 100,000 won and one KRW 10,000 won for cultural merchandise coupons owned by the victim at the victim’s wall located in the car.

We kept and stolen.

B. On June 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered the I Poter Cargo Vehicles amounting to KRW 2 million at the market price (2 million) owned by the victim G, which is parked on the front road of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, G; (b) opened an unlocked driver’s seat; and (c) driven the said truck with a key posted to another driver’s seat, she was frighted to a start-down and then stolen the said truck.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license) as above, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Ipoter cargo vehicle as stated in paragraph (b) of Article 1; (b) drive the said cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 0.127% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the Ulsan-gun H to the front of the dwelling of the Defendant located in the same militaryJ; and (c) drive the said cargo without obtaining a driver’s license from around 5km from the front of the

3. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is driving an I Poter cargo vehicle as above at the time specified in paragraph 2.
