On May 15, 2016, at around 00:50, the Defendant, at the front parking lot of the Myeon Office of Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, the victim D (34 tax) was in Si/Gun/Gu, and the victim mispers him/her into thinking that he/she had his/her main place of defense due to his/her fingers, and caused his/her fingers to go against him/her, thereby making the victim to go up for his/her fingers for about 14 days on the right side, which requires treatment for about 14 days.
