From March 2, 2005, the Defendant entered into a check contract with a branch of the East-gu branch of the Bank in the name of the Defendant, and traded over the check.

[2] On October 7, 2013, the Defendant issued a copy of the household check in the name of the Defendant, the check number “D,” the check amount “5,00,000,000,” and the date of issuance “28, 2014,” at the office of “C” operated by the Defendant in Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 4th floor B, B, and 4176.

On February 28, 2014, the Defendant issued four copies of the household check amounting to 20,000,000 won in total, as shown in No. 3, 4, 5, and 7 of the List of Crimes No. 1, including the fact that the said check holder, within the period for presentation of payment, presented the check payment to the above bank, but did not pay the shortage of deposit.

[2] On December 15, 2013, around December 15, 2013, the Defendant issued one copy of a family check in the name of the Defendant, “E”, “E”, “5,000,000 won”, at the office of “C” operated by the Defendant in the fourth floor B B of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B, and “E”, “E”, “5,000,000 won”.

On April 30, 2014, the Defendant issued five copies of the household check amounting to 25,000,000 won in total, as shown in attached Form 2, including that the check was presented to the above bank on April 30, 201 within the period for presentation of payment, but did not receive due to the suspension of transaction, and presented that the check was paid within the period for presentation, but the check was not paid as a disposition of suspension of transaction.
