A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased Metephopopon (hereinafter “loilopon”); (b) 3.5g grampopon, which was contained in vinyl C in Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si; and (c) 700,000 won in cash to E under the pretext of the price of phiopon.
2. On September 25, 2018, the Defendant provided philophones, administered, around September 25, 2018, and 21:30 on September 25, 2018, the Defendant took approximately 0.03g of philophones to H free of charge in the guest rooms on the fifth floor of Gurher located in F at luminous time, and injected approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, and melted them into the Defendant’s arms.
3. On November 2018, 2018, the Defendant received marijuana, and the Defendant smoked, on November 2018, at around 21:0-22:00 to 22:00, the first instance court received, without compensation, the pipe of the hemp, containing about 0.5g of marijuana from J at the domicile of the J in the first second floor of Pakistan, and inhales it by attaching it to marijuana.
4. On November 3, 2018, the Defendant provided philophones, and the Defendant administered, on November 3, 2018, at around 19:0-20:00 to 20:00, the Lmophones 0.03g of philophones to the above H without compensation, and 0.03g of philophones 0.03gs to the part of the Defendant’s arms.
5. On November 4, 2018, the Defendant provided philophones, administered, around 11:0-12:00 to 12:00 on November 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine; (b) put approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine; and (c) injected them into the Defendant’s arms.
6. On November 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) inserted 02:30-03:00 on November 7, 2018, in a one-time injection machine, approximately 0.03 gramopon in the Defendant’s residence located in N in Pakistan-si; (b) recorded 0.03 gramopon into water; and (c) injected in the Defendant’s arms.
7. On November 9, 2018, the Defendant holding a philophone is the driver’s seat of a P Poter vehicle operated by the Defendant who was parked in the Ppoter parking lot around 13:05 on November 9, 2018.
