1. Defendant A violated the Local Financial Law from July 2013 to October 2016 was a corporation established for the purpose of free supply of computers and peripheral devices to persons with disabilities, free of charge, and education of persons with disabilities. Defendant A is a corporation established for the purpose of free supply of computers and peripheral devices to persons with disabilities to persons with disabilities. A local subsidy program operator shall faithfully perform a local subsidy program with the care of a good manager in accordance with statutes, the details of the local subsidy grant decision, or the disposition by the head of the local government under statutes, and shall not use the local subsidy for any other purpose, and shall not prepare and submit a false report on the performance of the local subsidy program to the head of the local government upon completion of the local subsidy program.

A. Defendant A: (a) to the Ulsan Metropolitan City Mayor around August 6, 2015 from around August 22, 2015 to August 28, 2015; (b) applied for the grant of social organizations subsidies in relation to the “F in Ulsan Metropolitan City on the five occasions in 2015,” which was administered by the said Association from around August 22, 2015 to around August 28, 2015; and (c) received KRW 17,125,00 of the local subsidies from the Ulsan Metropolitan City around August 10, 2015.

Defendant

A used subsidies for the implementation of the above project from July 3, 2015 to September 17, 2015, used the total of KRW 5,820,710 for other purposes, as shown in attached Table 22, as shown in attached Table 2 (2), and prepares a false report on the performance of the project and submits it to the Ulsan Metropolitan City Mayor on October 27, 2015.

B. Defendant A related to the “F of Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City on the six occasions, 2016,” which was administered by the said Association from September 3, 2016 to September 9, 2016, to the Ulsan Metropolitan City Mayor around August 8, 2016.
