1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,414,673 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 3, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
Comprehensively taking account of the purport of each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including the number of branch numbers), the plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the defendant on June 11, 2014, under which construction temporary materials are leased to the defendant. From June 2014 to December 2014, the rent for construction temporary materials leased to the defendant is KRW 56,914,673, and the rent for construction temporary materials is KRW 13,50,000 from the defendant.
According to the facts found above, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the unpaid rent of 43,414,673 won (56,914,673 won - 13,500,000 won) and damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from November 3, 2015 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
