1. The Defendant delivers the following parts of the building to the Plaintiff, and KRW 400,000 per month from August 7, 2016 to the delivery date.

Reasons

Since the lease of the Plaintiff and the Defendant terminated on August 6, 2016, the Plaintiff’s claim for return of the object and unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent is reasonable.
