A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The accused is a person who runs driving service of the B B-S passenger cars in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, the Road Traffic Act, and the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;

At the time, vehicles are stopped at night and in front of the defendant's moving direction, so in such a case, the person engaged in driving service shall properly operate the brakes while keeping the front door well.
