Around March 19, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) driven a car with alcohol content of about 0.138% from the 10km section of blood while under the influence of alcohol content from the 10k section to the road of about 4-lane Do-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to 426 Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for a 10km-ro, Seoul, for a 10km-ro.
