1. The defendant is jointly and severally with the non-party B to the plaintiff KRW 20,310,000 and the defendant's aforementioned amount from December 31, 2013 to January 23, 2015.

Reasons

A claim for construction cost against "the second floor construction of Daejeon Life-related Complex, C Hospital construction, the astronomical Long-Term Hospital construction, the astronomical Long-Term Dental Hospital construction, the astronomical Long-Term Dental Hospital construction, the astronomical Long-Term Dental Hospital Construction, and the astronomical Long-Term Dental Hospital Construction," which the Plaintiff completed by being awarded a contract by the Defendant: A judgment by service (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
