1. The defendant shall pay the plaintiff KRW 140,00,000 at the same time as the delivery of the second floor of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Building C, Geumcheon-gu.

1. Indication of claims: To describe the grounds for claims in attached Form and the changed grounds for claims;
(However, on October 14, 2020, the Plaintiff stated that “the Plaintiff added “the same time as the delivery of the second floor D of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul building to the Plaintiff” in front of “the Plaintiff” in the purport of the claim: (a) by publication on October 14, 202; and (b) by publication: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
