1. The defendant shall accept from the plaintiff the procedure for registration of transfer of ownership as to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet.

Reasons

1. On November 9, 2007, the Defendant purchased an automobile indicated in the separate sheet by stealing the Plaintiff’s name on November 9, 2007, and the Defendant was subject to criminal punishment for committing a crime, such as forging private document, and the Plaintiff seeks to acquire the transfer registration of ownership on the automobile indicated in the separate sheet in the name of the Defendant by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
