1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25 million with the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 14, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor”, respectively.
