1. On April 20, 2018, the Defendant, on April 20, 2018, recorded the parts of the body part of the victim D (n, 24 years old) using the victim's cell phone camera function in Samsung CM-G930L cell phone function in Seongbuk-gu Seoul on April 20, 2018.
Ultimately, the Defendant took photographs of another person’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using a camera or other similar mechanism.
2. On May 19, 2018, the Defendant, around May 18:45, 2018, taken photographs against his/her will, around May 19, 2018, the body part of the victim G (the name, the female, the age of 27) using the above mobile phone camera function in the vicinity of F3 entrance in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu.
Ultimately, the Defendant took photographs of another person’s body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using a camera or other similar mechanism.

3. On June 13, 2018, at around 17:16, the Defendant taken a screen image of the victim’s name in which the victim suffered a white short fluor by using the camera function of “J” in the victim’s name unfluencing fluor, which was installed in advance on smartphones (S7) owned by the Defendant, at e.g., the subway No. 1 located in H in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.
In addition, the Defendant taken the body of another person against his/her will that could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation over a total of 137 times from February 26, 2018 to June 12, 2018, as described in the attached list of crimes.
