On February 28, 2015, at around 22:55, the Defendant driven approximately 8 km from the front of the Busan Silang Law trim-dong cafeteria to the front of the flow bridge in the north-gu Dongpo-dong, Seopo-dong, Busan, under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.217%.
