1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet;
B. From August 2018, 390,000 won and from August 20, 2018
1. On January 26, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract with the Defendant for a fixed period of KRW 10 million, monthly rent of KRW 990,000 (including value-added tax) and two years, and around that time, delivered each of the above real estate to the Defendant.
However, the defendant's delayed payment of rent, and the amount of arrears until August 19, 2018 reaches KRW 3,960,000.
From June 20, 2018 to July 3, 2018, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant that the said lease contract was terminated on the grounds of delinquency in rent three occasions, thereby having been lawfully terminated.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver the above real estate to the plaintiff and pay the money in proportion to KRW 3.96 million and KRW 990,000 per month from August 20, 2018 to the completion date of the delivery.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
