On January 31, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.211% during blood transfusion at around 22:45, the Defendant driven the above Oralb in the section of approximately 300 meters to the front of the forest childcare center located in the same Gu on the river located in Jung-gu, Busan.
