Punishment of the crime
The defendant operates a general restaurant in the name of "C" in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
No person shall sell drugs harmful to juveniles under the age of 19 years to juveniles.
Nevertheless, at around 22:20 on August 26, 2013, the Defendant sold the total amount of KRW 11,000 per week, which is a drug harmful to juveniles, to D (Nam, 17 years of age), E (Nam, 16 years of age), F (Nam, 17 years of age).
