However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On December 13, 2014, at around 10:30, the Defendant forged 50,000 won (DaJ0532924H, DK012761K) and 540,000 won (50,000 won) and 50,000 won (50,000 won) issued by the Bank of Korea by inserting the back of 14,000 won and inserting them in a knife attached to A4 form of office work.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the paper of the Republic of Korea used for the purpose of exercising his right.

2. Counterfeiting of counterfeited currency and fraud;

A. On December 13, 2014, at around 11:00 on December 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased goods from the Fstaf operated by the Victim E (Woo, 84 years old); (b) paid the victim as if he/she closed 50,000 won, 7 out of forged 50,00 won, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1; and (c) received from the victim a letter of 30,00 won worth KRW 2,40,00,000, KRW 47,600, and KRW 10,000,00 won.

B. On December 13, 2014, at around 13:00 on December 13, 2014, the Defendant purchased goods from the Istki operated by the Victim H (76 years of age) G in Chungcheongnam-dong, Hanam-gun, and paid to the victim as if he were a 50,000 won flaps with forged 50,00 won flaps with a genuine establishment of flapsing one, as described in the foregoing 1. The Defendant paid to the victim as if he were a flaps with a right of 50,00 won, which is the market price owned by the

One, a name, 46,200 won was issued.

In this respect, the defendant exercised forged Korea's misappropriation, and received a total of 400,000 won by deceiving two victims.
