1. As to KRW 31,60,516 and KRW 30,866,879 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from November 3, 2014 to February 25, 2015.
Reasons
1. It shall be as shown in the attached Form stating the cause of the claim;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff,” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
