Defendant, having no occupation and economic difficulties, was known to the general public.

1. On May 21, 2012, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s office located in the Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building E, the victim F, “The 4,000 won of C’s emergency stocks are listed after six months after the two months after the purchase of them at least 6-10 times per share.”

In addition, it made a false statement to the effect that if the list is not listed, C would re-be given the purchase price to the purchase price.

However, in fact C's emergency stocks are limited to KRW 1,00 per share with a face value of KRW 500 per share paid by the defendant to C, and the above shares were not to be listed six months, and there was no possibility of 6-10 times or more, and there was no fact that C had to sell the above shares again at the purchase price unless they were listed.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received a total of 4 million won per share (4,000 won per share) under the name of the share price for 1,000 shares on the same day from the victim.

On August 20, 2012, the Defendant had been released from the Defendant’s office as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) by deceiving the said victim by the said method, and was delivered KRW 45 million (5,000 per share) in total as a share price for the said 900 shares on the same day from the victim.
