1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 26,679,122 won and 25,993,970 won among them to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The indication “creditor” as “Plaintiff”, “debtor” as “Defendant”, and the registration date of membership as “the renewal date of membership” are as shown in the attached Form except for the change of “creditor” as “Plaintiff”, “Defendant”.
2. Each entry and the purport of the whole pleadings as to the evidence set forth in subparagraphs A1 through 4 of the ground for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
