A. On August 24, 2011, Plaintiff A filed a lawsuit against Plaintiff G seeking reimbursement of 22,00,000 won and the amount calculated by the rate of 5% per annum from June 16, 2009 to September 24, 2010, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. Plaintiff B appealed appealed against the above judgment, but the above judgment was dismissed, and the above judgment became final and conclusive. Plaintiff B received 00% of the total amount of consolation money and 20% per annum from the next day of Changwon District Court Branch of 2012No2860 to the last day of each month, and 00% of the total amount of consolation money and 10% per annum from June 14, 201 to September 24, 201, Plaintiff B received 00 to Plaintiff C’s 300% per annum and 205% interest per annum from the last day of each month to the date of full payment.

G appealed against the above judgment, and the Changwon District Court revoked the part of the claim for consolation money in the judgment of the first instance on September 3, 2014, and sentenced that “G shall pay to the Plaintiff 10,000,000 won as consolation money and the interest calculated at the rate of 5% per annum from September 7, 2012 to September 3, 2014, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment (the principal lawsuit),” and the above judgment became final and conclusive on September 27, 2014 (Counterclaim).

3 Plaintiff C filed a lawsuit against G with the Changwon District Court 2010Gahap9122 and rendered a favorable judgment on October 19, 201, stating that “G shall pay to Plaintiff C 115 million won and 20% interest per annum from September 25, 2010 to the date of complete payment.”

G appealed against the above judgment, but is dismissed.
