The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is governed by the previous provision regarding the portion arising until May 31, 2019, and is governed by the amended provision (12% per annum) for the portion arising after June 1, 2019. Thus, since the duplicate of a complaint is served until May 31, 2019, 15% per annum and 12% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment, and the part demanding payment in excess of this provision is dismissed.
