However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Social service personnel, etc. shall not leave their post or fail to serve in the relevant field for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

The defendant is a social service worker working in Daegu Metropolitan City, Northern-ro 40, and Daegu Viewing.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not work at the above workplace without justifiable grounds from August 12, 2019 to November 9, 2020.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a social service personnel, has deserted his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
