1. At around 17:00 on October 10, 201, the Defendant: (a) 17:00, the Victim C in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, had completed the work at the studio construction site where the Victim C was newly constructed; (b) her husband completed the work and her husband entered the construction site and prepared in advance and cut off approximately 40m of electric wires and approximately 10m of air wires at the market value of the measuring instrument being installed with the gate to be installed.

2. On October 19, 201, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the construction site in the same manner as described in paragraph (1); (b) cut off the electric wires of an amount equivalent to KRW 500,000,00 in the market value of the measuring instruments installed in the pentrogate; and (c) cut off the air lines of approximately 40,000,000 and approximately 10,000,000,000

3. On October 20, 201, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the construction site in the same manner as described in paragraph (1); and (b) cut off electric wires of an amount of about 500,000 won at the market price of the measuring instruments installed in the pentheading line; and (c) cut off the air lines of about 40m and about 10m of air conditioners and brought about them.

4. At around 17:10 on October 26, 201, the Defendant: (a) went to the studio construction site in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; and (b) cut off approximately 10m of electric wires equivalent to 700,000 won at the market price of the measuring instruments in which D victim E is newly constructed, and then put them into plastic sealing.
