All appeals filed by both the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed.

The reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, and such reasoning is cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure
(1) The court of first instance cannot change the facts and judgments recognized by the court of first instance even if the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court of first instance presented by the defendant to the evidence No. 3, and there are no errors as alleged in the grounds for appeal by the plaintiff and the defendant). Thus, the court of first instance is justifiable, and all appeals by the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
