E. S. S. is a corporation established for the purpose of freezing and freezing transportation business.

7) On September 28, 2016, the Defendant did not pass through the lane on which the loading quantity measuring equipment is installed in the same manner as the place under the foregoing paragraph (a) at around September 28, 2016.
2. Defendant E. T. T. S. Defendant, at the same time and place as paragraph 1, committed the above violation against the Defendant’s employee, at the same time and place.
