Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On March 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., at the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the military prison on August 2, 2014.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On September 13, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from M, in cash, from M, and sent approximately KRW 1.4g of psychotropic drugs to M, M, M, M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. (hereinafter “cinephone”).
Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.
2. Around October 29, 2014, the Defendant transferred KRW 200,000 from M to the account of the Military Depository in the name of the Defendant. On the same day, the Defendant saved approximately 0.2g of opphonephones in the shopping bags in the paper of Gyeyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where M is residing through a taxi engineer on the same day, and then sent opphones to him before the head of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government OO building where M is residing.
Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.
3. On November 7, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from M to one bank account under the Defendant’s name, and then concealed approximately 0.2g of oponon in the shopping bags in the paper, putting about 0.2g of opon on paper at the non-commercial area of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon on the same day, and then cut approximately 0.2g of oponon to M in the above O building from around 00:48 on the following day.
Accordingly, the defendant sold philophones.
4. On February 28, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from the account in the name of the Defendant to the account of Han Bank, and thereafter, on the same day, 0.8g of philophonephones contained in the daily use from the R convenience store near the I shopping mall located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.
