1. Larceny;

A. On June 24, 2013, from around 22:30 to June 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on the rear door of the “victim B” building located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government between 09:09 and around June 25, 2013, the Defendant: (b) committed theft by driving a cargo vehicle with a vehicle vehicle of KRW 3,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim, who was the head of the sales team of the victim company, posted the key of the vehicle; and (c) was parked.

B. At around 00:20 on June 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the G convenience store located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, in front of the G convenience store; (b) 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 100,000 won in tourist gift certificates and 2 copies of the market price consisting of 980,000 won in total; and (c) cut off a yellow female car.

2. At around 01:00 on June 25, 2013, the Defendant acquired one cell phone 3 mobile phones of the market value of Samsung Gggal ju, which includes two copies of the Roto lottery (5,000 won) lost by the victim J, in front of the cross-defluence in the south-gu Seoul Western Zone located in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and two copies of the Roto Lottery (5,000 won) owned by the victim J.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

3. From June 24, 2013 to June 25, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.226% of the blood alcohol concentration between around 22:30 to June 25, 2013. On the road front of the building located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, “C” to the road front of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, 334 Gambro vehicle, as described in paragraph (1).

4. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving cars of freight cars.

On June 25, 2013, the Defendant driving the above cargo while under the influence of alcohol at around 09:09, the blood alcohol concentration of 0.226%, and then 334 mountain distance at Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
