On March 3, 2016, the Defendant is the driver of the cargo vehicle B. On March 3, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle within a about 20 km radius from the influenite House in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the front of the Triricle in Busan-gun, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.21% during blood transfusion at around 00:05.
