A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime
1. On March 21, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:30, driven a C truck under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.113% from the section of approximately 2km from the 2km to the entrance of the public playground in the same flag apartment to the road near the entrance of the same flag apartment.
