The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On October 2, 2020, around 05:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the head of the victim C in light of scam and cutting the victim’s face, taking the victim’s face into drinking and hand-on and cutting the neck.

2. The determination is an offense falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent in accordance with Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.

The records show that the victim expressed his/her wish not to punish the defendant on December 28, 2020, after filing a prosecution.

The prosecution is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
