1. The defendant shall grant the plaintiff A KRW 27,702,00, KRW 26,637,601 and each of them.
1. Basic facts
A. On November 6, 2000, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor revised the implementation plan of urban planning facilities project (road) under the former Urban Planning Act (amended by Act No. 6655 of Jan. 1, 2003; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the Enforcement Decree of the same Act for the purpose of the project for the creation of the Fund in Gangdong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E-dong (hereinafter “instant public projects”) and publicly announced it.
B. On February 2, 2001 and April 2001, the Defendant acquired each of the lands owned by the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) from the Plaintiffs as indicated in the following table for the instant public works, and around that time, paid the Plaintiffs each of the money indicated “compensation” as compensation.

C. 1) The head of Gangdong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant urban development zone”) shall be the E urban development zone (hereinafter “instant urban development zone”) with the land of this case located under the former Urban Development Act (amended by Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008) on November 10, 2003. The project to create the instant urban development zone is the “instant urban development project”.
(i) be designated and changed to the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Urban Development Corporation (SH);
hereinafter referred to as “SH Corporation”).
(2) On December 27, 2004, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Mayor approved the development plan to which the project implementer is a project implementer, and approved the modification of the development plan and the implementation plan to which the project implementer is a H construction, respectively, and publicly notified on December 27, 2004.
3. Following the instant urban development project, on March 29, 201, the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of SH Corporation was completed on February 25, 201 due to the acquisition of public land.
