1. On August 28, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act from the Daegu District Court.

On January 24, 2020, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven a D-burged vehicle from the front of the “C” road in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu to the 31-lane 203 at the center of Daegu-gu, Nam-gu, the Defendant driven a D-burged vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 1km to the 0.121% of alcohol content.
