On October 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) notified the name-free person of the account number of the above Saemaul Treasury in accordance with the direction of the name-free winner; (b) withdrawn KRW 9 million out of the amount of damage that the victim transferred to the above Saemaul Treasury account of the Defendant, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on October 25, 2016; and (c) sent it to the name-free person designated by the non-person; and (d) around October 12:35, 2016, the Defendant released KRW 10 million out of the remainder of the amount of damage in cash at the location of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Saemaul Treasury located in Yeongdeungpo-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, and used it for personal use, such as living expenses, at the location of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Saemaul Treasury located in 18, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, aided and aided the crime of fraud of KRW 9 million of a person without a name, and embezzled by using KRW 11 million as a voluntary use while being kept for the victim.
