However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On October 28, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 19:10 on the second floor of the apartment building B of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) around October 28, 202, the victim D (e.g., 53 years of age) who performed drinking in the side table table, while drinking alcohol, was able to bring about the Defendant, and caused the Defendant’s injury to the beer’s head, which is a dangerous object, on hand, by putting the beer’s head on one hand, and putting about two weeks off the victim’s head, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

The criminal responsibility is more important in light of the reasons for sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Social Service Order Criminal Act, the means of crime, the risk of committing a crime, and the fact that the accused has been punished several times, including the crime related to violence.

However, by agreement with the victim, the punishment shall be determined in consideration of the overall conditions of sentencing indicated in the arguments and records of the case, such as the defendant's confession, the fact that the injured person does not want the punishment of the defendant, the age, sexual conduct, environment, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
