A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Seized pseudo petroleum products shall be confiscated with four cans (No. 1).
No person shall manufacture, import, or sell pseudo petroleum products, and shall store, transport, store, or use pseudo petroleum products with the knowledge of such products.
A. Between April 11, 2011 and April 20, 2011, the Defendant parked (vehicle number omitted) a petroleum product with a total of 10 pseudo petroleum product on an average of 10 copies per day during the above period, including selling 18-liter 18-liter 18-liter and 24,000 won per day to unspecified customers, in a half-do parking lot in the Seodo-dong of the Seodo-dong of the Busan City, Busan.
B. At around 17:30 on April 20, 201, the Defendant kept melting 18 liters, a pseudo petroleum product, for the purpose of selling 4 copies at the same place as the above paragraph (a).
