1. The defendant shall pay 40,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 1, 2010 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment without holding any pleadings due to the submission of a written reply);
