If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On September 19, 2012, the Defendant driven B vehicle at around 22:29, and driven approximately three kilometers in the section of approximately 544-7 km in the non-fluent area of the city of Incheon (hereinafter referred to as Incheon) in the state of drinking alcohol concentration of 0.097%.
