1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 59,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 4, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(Provided, however, Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant is only served with the original copy of the payment order in this case and submitted a formal objection only to the original copy of the payment order in this case, and did not appear on the date for pleading after the specific response. Thus, it is deemed that all the plaintiff's allegations have been led to confession pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
