The Defendants are married couple.

1. Defendant A’s crime committed from around 2014 to 2015 was committed against Defendant A, while preparing for membership to work in a golf course on September 2014, 2014, Defendant A had concerns over his/her age restrictions on the golf course to cause his/her failure to pass the golf course. Accordingly, Defendant A’s prior thefted and kept in custody in the spring of 209.

Using D's driver's license which is a 10-year grace period, D's husband E was arbitrarily issued and prepared to submit a copy of D's her husband E's resident registration card.

(a) An application for the inspection of the resident registration list or issuance of a certified copy or abstract thereof by a resident registration violation of the Act on the Registration of Residents may be filed by the principal or any member of the household, and shall not be allowed to peruse the resident registration list of another person or to receive the certified copy or abstract thereof by fraud

B. On January 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Registration of Residents, including the forgery of private documents, the event of a document for the investigation, and the issuance of a resident registration law by entering D’s personal information in the family name column, such as “D”, “I” in the resident registration number column, “her husband, E, 29 years of age, Daegu University, J, and Central History,” and the family relation column, and then printing it with the Defendant’s photograph attached thereto.

The Defendant continued to forge at the “L golf course” located in K at around January 16, 2015.
