1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,061,791 and KRW 42,921,184 among them, 25% per annum from August 13, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 43,061,791 won and 42,921,184 won with 25% interest per annum from August 13, 2016 to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
