1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 56,500,000 and as to Defendant B, August 2019.
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. A claim against Defendant 1.: A judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act) (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act): A judgment of deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 1, 2019 pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissal (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) is 12% per annum.
Therefore, the claim for damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum from the day after the duplicate of the complaint of this case is served to the day of complete payment shall be dismissed.
