1. Defendants C and E shall jointly and severally provide for the Plaintiffs with KRW 72,921,81 as well as for the aforementioned costs from September 1, 2012 to May 23, 2013.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiffs, the representative of the law firm scheduled to be established on November 19, 2010 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”), signed and sealed on the lease deposit money on the H Building Nos. 2, 1901, 1903, and 1905 (hereinafter “instant building”) located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, with the Defendant C (the representative attorney C, and agent of the law firm F (tentative name)) (hereinafter “Defendant D”) (hereinafter “the instant lease contract”). At the time of the said lease contract, Defendant D signed and sealed on the lease contract with the Plaintiffs, and the said deposit was paid to Defendant D to the Plaintiffs.
B. Since then, the law firm was not established, and on March 23, 2011, Defendant D agreed to succeed to all the rights regarding the instant lease agreement to Defendant E and borrowed KRW 72,621,80 from Defendant E as interest-free until October 31, 2011.
The evidence of the above loan is that the debtor takes over the lease deposit and management expenses of H building Nos. 1901, 1903, and 1905 office Nos. 2, 1901, and 1905 in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which the creditor entered into a contract on November 19, 2010. If the above money is not paid by October 31, 201, the interest rate of 20% per annum shall be applied from November 1, 201 to all claims for the principal and interest at any time.

From that time, Defendant E occupied the instant building. C. For the succession of the instant lease agreement, Defendant D’s agent on June 8, 201, reversed the commercial lease agreement with the Plaintiffs on the second building Nos. 1901, 1903, and 1905 office located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on November 19, 201, and any objection is raised if Defendant E agreed to renew the contract with the said office.
